What does clicking a Tipr.gg link cost me?

Nothing. You watch a quick ad. The streamer earns. That's the deal.

Do I have to make an account?

No. Click → ad → done. Anonymous works fine. A Chrome extension is coming soon as an optional upgrade if you want recognition / tracking.

How many ads can I watch?

Max 1 per minute, 30 per day per browser. Beyond that we cool you down — keeps things fair for our ad partners and prevents abuse.

Why does the click sometimes not work?

Tipr.gg only credits while the streamer is live broadcasting. If they're offline, the click bounces. Come back during their next stream.

What will the Chrome extension do?

Coming soon. When it launches it’ll do two things: (1) let streamers see your handle so they can shout you out, (2) open an ad in a new tab every time you open a fresh tab — so you support every time you browse. Both opt-in. Preview at tipr.gg/extension.

How do I sign up?

Click Sign up. Connect Twitch (Kick + YouTube coming soon), drop your tracked link in your stream description, and start earning.

What’s my cut?

You earn a share of every ad your viewers watch through your tracked link. Partners earn more than Standard streamers, with a lower cashout threshold ($100 vs $200) and featured Discovery placement. Your exact rate is shown on your dashboard under Settings → Your earn rate. Plus you earn a thank-you slice from your downline — 7 levels deep — every time a streamer who joined through your referral link (or someone they referred) earns ad revenue. Paid separately by the ad network, not deducted from their share. Capped at $1,000 per referral per year.

When do I get paid?

Earnings hold 60-90 days (covers ad-network clawbacks), then become withdrawable. Cash out via PayPal at $200 (Standard) or $100 (Partner).

How do I become a Partner?

Auto-evaluated. Need: avg CCV ≥ 75, ≥ 30 stream hrs/mo, ≥ 12 unique broadcast days, ≥ 1,000 verified clicks/mo, account ≥ 60 days old, no fraud flags last 90d, all promo incentives completed.

What are the content bonuses?

One-shot Tips boosts for content/marketing actions: post a YouTube video about Tipr.gg (+$20), Reddit post (+$20), Trustpilot review or Product Hunt upvote (+$15), Facebook page review (+$10), and more. Total cap is $110 lifetime per streamer. Each type claimable once. AI verifies the submission so credit hits within minutes when your post meets the bar.

What if I get banned?

Specific reasons trigger account action: click-farms, fake-account referral farming, ToS violations. Fraud detection runs at the foundation level — clean traffic stays safe.

Money & taxes

Why's my money on hold for 60-90 days?

Ad networks reverse fraudulent or invalid traffic up to ~60 days after the click. We hold to keep our books clean, then promote to withdrawable when the window closes.

Do I need a W-9?

US streamers paid $600+/year: yes, before further payouts. Submit it from your Settings page. Tax ID is encrypted at rest.

What about non-US streamers?

Same earning model, payouts via PayPal in your local currency (PayPal handles the FX). W-8BEN equivalent form may be required at higher volumes.

Privacy & data

Do you sell my data?

No. Aggregated insights about cohorts (e.g. “15-25K gaming streamers with avg CCV 100”) may be sold to advertisers in the future, but never individual records and never PII.

How do I delete my data?

Streamers: delete account from Settings. Anyone (including viewers): submit a request at tipr.gg/privacy/gdpr-request. Processed within 30 days per GDPR / CCPA.
